The White

Relaxed and contemporary, the White serves breakfast and brasserie-style cuisine around the clock.

Cultivating an elegant and relaxed ambiance, the menu unwinds a string of proposals all equally tantalising. All-time classics, such as the salade nicoise and grilled lobster are now accompanied by seasonally updated Maldivian and Indian Ocean dishes.

Open onto the ocean on one side and onto a large garden on the other side, the atmosphere changes as time passes, as if it was animated by Manuel Mérida’s rotative monochrome.

An entertaining choice of in- and outdoor settings accommodates every possible mood. A feet in the sand setting, a delightful terrace shaded by palm trees, air-conditioned alcoves facing the ocean, options adapt to wishes.

The White Bar

Facing the Maison’s main pool, the White Bar offers refreshing cocktails and a light food offer all day long.

Entirely opened onto the pool, the White Bar offers a wide range of settings designed to enjoy a drink and savour light dishes between two dives.

At sunset, a festive atmosphere gathers guests around the Chef Barman’s delicious cocktails. Grand classics such as mojitos, caipirinhas or caipiroskas are reinterpreted in a tropical fashion.

Le 1947

Le 1947 signature restaurant was named after Château Cheval Blanc’s most prestigious and sought-after vintage.

An experiential vermilion shaded hallway leads to Le 1947 fine-dining restaurant. Conceived as an exceptional 9-course culinary experience, it pays tribute to French cuisine, interpreted with delicacy and creativity in a Maldivian setting.

In a refined decor opening onto a lush tropical garden, the Chef orchestrates a play of savours inspired by local and regional flavours.

Reflecting illuminated palm trees, the garden is the ideal venue for guests looking to make a pause or prolong their fine tasting experience.

Le 1947 Bar

The Diptyque is a live-cooking theatre with a dual personality, serving the finest Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisine.

This is a restaurant of two halves, both with open kitchens that encourage close interactions between the Chefs and their diners including an authentic teppanyaki experience.

Every evening, the captivating culinary teams demonstrate their talent and passion right before the eyes of the guests, who sit upfront at the counter top.

For a more private dining experience, guests can choose to sit at one of the feet-in-the sand tables and enjoy spectacular ocean views.

The Deelani

The overwater Deelani and its relaxed alfresco ambiance offer local seafood and Mediterranean specialties.

Named after a Maldivian breeze, the Deelani is a lively Mediterranean restaurant. Throughout the day, home-made gelati, sorbets and granita can be enjoyed on the deck, before the restaurant’s atmosphere begins to buzz at cocktail hour.

The evenings bring delicious tapas and fresh seafood cooked on a Mediterranean style grill. Menu highlights include Mediterranean Mezze, langoustine Prosecco risotto and crisp pizzas.

Perched on the turquoise waters of the lagoon, this alfresco venue finds its inspiration in the Indian Ocean. The declination of blue decorative elements mirrors the nuances of aquatic colors and celebrates the Maldivian sea.

CARTE BLANCHE
The Carte Blanche in-villa menu fulfills the wishes of those who like to order what they please, when and where they prefer.

Shaded by the latticework of the pergolas, the villas’ terraces are perfectly equipped for Chefs to create bespoke culinary experiences.
